A meeting with Wojciech Chmielarz and his French translator Caroline Raszka-Dewez to take place today
The Book Institute, the Polish Institute in Paris, Agullo Editions and La Livre de Poche would like to invite you to today’s online meeting with Wojciech Chmielarz. The meeting will cover the French-language translation of Cienie (“Shadows”), which was published in April by Agullo Editions and translated by Caroline Raszka-Dewez.

The discussion was chaired by UK-based subject matter expert Peter Jenkins from BookTrust UK, and experiences were also shared by Emmi Jäkkö from the Finnish Reading Center, Izumi Sato from Bookstart Japan, and Krzysztof Piskorski from the Book Institute.

The World of Master Józef Wilkoń in Bologna
On Tuesday, as part of the International Children's Book Fair in Bologna, the eminent illustrator Józef Wilkoń spoke to the excellent book designer and illustrator Grażka Lange.
